watering established shrubbery

does anyone have any advice on a watering program for established plants? every day? every other day? etc. thanx

Excessive overhead watering should be avoided as it can promote fungus, and or diseases. I believe that as long as the shrubs receive an average of 1" or water/week during the growing season, that supplimental watering is not much needed. Just make sure that when planting, that the correct plant is placed in the optimum location.
