Re-Do it myself, what do you recommend?

I want to re-do my website. I must first qualify myself as a relative novice with just enough knowledge to be dangerous. I made my website many years ago with Microsoft Frontpage so that says it all. I am looking for suggestions on what I should look to use to recreate a more modern site. I have no knowledge of writing code or scripts to any deep level so any software I use will have to be very point and click friendly. I am not looking for anyone to hire to build a site for me, I like the challenge and I have an established business so I am not going to be looking to light the world on fire with a website. I just want it for a basic overview of the business.

Oh did I mention that I don't really want to spend hundreds on software to build this site? Do you have any suggestions? My provider doesn't have any freeware for me to use so that isn't an option. Sorry if I am asking a newby question that is here, I didn't really do a search. Thanks for any help you could give.

Try some free templates. You can edit them in any HTML software editor.

Hi Bill,
Yahoo looks easy but do you have to use Yahoos servers to publish the site. I already have a domain name and hosting company paid for so I don't want to have to pay Yahoo to host.
It looks very easy to use. Thanks. ED

I believe you do need to use them to host. I don't believe they would give away site building software to be hosted elsewhere...
