How do you guys keep up with your mowing schedules?
I am trying to find a better way to keep the mowing schedule organized. This is what I do now: I keep a table with the customers listed down the left column and the date across the top. Every three or four days I put an x across from the customers name below the date I last mowed them. I then check the chart and make a list of who is about due to be cut and give them a call to make arrangements. I have a few where I can just go out and do it if I feel it needs it but most are done as stated above.
Thanks for any ideas, Ed |

Put them on a weekly schedule, or more often if they are high profile and need to be cut twice a week in growing season. Customer just expects us to show up - we don't call them first. Monday Route, Tuesday Route, etc. If you get there and it doesn't need to be cut, we do other work like weeding, watering, etc.
