Working on my logo

What does everyone think of my logo? Good, bad, ugly?
How can I improve it?

Looks pretty good, But I think I've seen it someplace else I believe a company that sells Fertilizer or something else, I might be mistaken, I would put a Slogan and think how you going to put it in your trucks, it it's goint to be color looks pretty good.
