There's two guys of the same family that uses this all the time. I know though somebody put a complaint out to one of the local cities. They did get cited for litter. Oh yah, the reason they got cited, it was clogging up the storm drains.

I use gold coins to weigh the bag down. I haven't had one complaint or one call all year.
I just can't figure out why the neighborhood kids follow me like an ice cream truck.

That is outrageous!
At first impression it looks like a bag of trash or even worse drugs... That would be the best time to get your fliers out after these guys went through the neighborhood...Imagine the weight of the rocks if they deliver 20,000 fliers!
