If you charge $35 to cut, trim and blow. What is a good price to overseed? Do you supply the seed?

WOW! Found something I've been looking for. I have 80,000 sp. ft. that needs overseeded. I don't know just exactley how to go about it or what to charge.
Would a good double areation and spreding the seed with a rotary spreader be sufficient. Should a apply a starter fertilizer first? Hope somebody answers soon as I need to get this contract done and in the mail soon. You can also email me at jlboots@ris.net

Double areation and overseeding with spreader should be fine. Yes I would put down starter also. With such a large area
you might reduce the price per square foot 1/2 cent. Hope you get the account!
