Sample Contracts, What yours look like

I am just starting to grow my buisness and I need to make up some contracts,For pesticide applications, but was wondering if there is a standard that you all go by that can be purchased at the store, or if you just make you own on the computer. Any Ideas or help would be great. Explain what to put in them and the format.

Thanks
Josh

I do not require contracts for Lawncare. Gentlemans agreement-cancel at any time (except for commercial). The worst thing that can happen is to lose one app. cost (which has never happened to me). If you do a good job and get results, they will stay with you.
