Lawnlad,,,,,,,Hb,,,,,I almost feel like crying. This is exactly the thread I need right now because I have a salesman now and he is getting pissed at me for sending unqualified leads. The reason I do is because all I am is a glorified order-taker for service and repair. I can get away with charging an evaluation fee for the repair work but no one will pay that for an irrigation system installation so I send him on all of them.

Now I have some ammo.....let me at em!

Why not let the salesman qualify his own leads. If he is a salesman he should be able to do that. If he is not, then he wants to do no more than take orders and get paid. Right?

Thjis subjectis like the sprinkler service plans. We're talking a lot and saying a few god things but I don't feel like we've hit upon the right stuff to work with the psychie of the foolish $ consumer. Can it be done or is price only for everything so ingrained in our society that we're trying to swim upstream through white water and it ain't gonna happen???
