What was Scotts fert price last year @ Home Depot?

I was at Home depot yesterday. They had Scotts 50# 15k bag 23-0-3 with Halts. $43.00+tax.

What was the price last year? Are home owners seeing an increase from last year?

If you were a home owner with 1 acre you would be @ $129+tax for round 1!

It always makes me laugh when people say they want to save money doing it themselves ...

I know!

I always use that as a selling point. I always point out to the customer that they will spend $120/acre using Scotts or they can pay me $135/acre to do it and not only am I using better product, but they will also get a guarantee and can sip on their cold tea while they watch me do the work.

Plus I am putting down the correct rate with calibrated equipment. But I don't tell them that, because they wouldn't even know what that would mean!
