Vole damage

I am perplexed with this one, the lawn is heavily damaged where there was an old putting green, the rest of the lawn no damage. Is it they like bent grass better, or does it have to do with all the sand under it?

You have crickets? WOW

You might be right on about the sand. Around here we see a lot more damage from moles/voles in sandy soils

Try Bell Labs Rodent Rid, it's like 15.00 for a 3# pail, I have had alot of success with this product, it is a RUP but it works nice.
