I go with the attitude that it is insurance for your yard. I charge the same to put down dylox but then you have to repair the grub damage(more money). Grubs are smart they seem to go for the irrigated and well maintained yards. although I offer it to everyone I push harder on the well managed yards.

Jap beetle grubs thrive better on irrigated lawns
EC grubs thrive better without regular irrigation.

Jap Beetles are as thick as flies here in summer. Just waiting to lay those eggs.
