Thats nice that you have a place to store your equipment now, I want to eventually buy a piece of land so I can build a shop or something

Nice shop! I need more space too, and I looked into another place in town, 24x38 for $600 a month, which is extremely high for my area. I'll just stay in my 12x30 w/ electricity for $85 a month.

So I'm assuming that it is just the 1 bay that is open. It looks like a nice building. I don't remember if you said it or not, but does it have a bathroom/shower area?

Yes the one bay with the garage door is ours only. There is a door on the left side of the building with restrooms for anyone there to use. No showers. Its a good secure building with electricty and a large heater if needed. Our bay is getting a new garage door soon.

We have 2 large sheds at home. Thats alot of the stuff but not all of it. We just moved in within the last 2 weeks so we hauled loades of stuff and there and now we have to orginize it all. Alot of it is materials that will be used up soon because we don't need a "lumber yard" and "hardware store" in there, Hahaha.
