You need to clean the motor up, either with water, or spray all that area down with brake parts cleaner and ht it with an air hose. Then monitor it closely to see just where it is coming from. It may something as SIMPLE as a valve cover, which would be cool. I don't mean it's cool that you have a leak, but if it's a valve cover gasket, that is like the easiest fix as far as leaks go.
