Thats the reason for using tractor, no saw, I am determined to get it out though, I think I'll use a come along to get it on the trailer

Ya ladders are no fun, I try not to do it to often. Most are just my normal lawn customers that wanted some trees trimmed, had a dead tree, or had fallen trees from wind storms. Hauling the brush away is the biggest part, gotta have a place to dump or pay to dump

I see, come along should work. I got some free beams way back in spring for scrap. I used my atv to drag the to the trailer, then placed my quad near the tongue of the trailer and winched them up on! The hardest part is getting them or your log from the ground up onto the gate

nice. how would i advertise. im thinking craigslist and business cards. and people i know pass them around.

also i have no way of hauling briush away. just recommend a few places that can come haul it?

I think my biggest challenge will be the initial getting it to move at all stage. Since it is laying down I would imagine it is sitting in a rut. But...if its been there a year or so it should be rotting and hopefully be somehwat lighter, I cant get the truck in the back yard where it is at either, that wouldve been the first option

Business cards are a must! craigslist works, but you will get some cheapos.Not being table to haul brush is bad, because usually peole want the full service. The only way I could think would be a drop off dumpster but that will cost ya big time

I'm getting a small trailer for my car 1500 lbs I can tow with it. This will work right. Just won't put anything massive on it

Yra I'll man some cards and craigslist. Price isn't a big issue so that will work 20 bucks an hr

My price is usually alot higher, I have to use gas equipment etc. Trailer might work, but when you ut trees there is always way way more wood and brush then there seems. if you have to god to the dump several times, pay each time. You also have the gas wear and tear on your vehicle etc. Cutting up trees is a good amount of work, especially hauling the brush

thanks. so what would be a resonable price?

I have a toyota corolla. 2006. strong car. it can take the abuse im about to use it for.
