Kawasaki question,25 hp.

Just got done a few weeks ago going thru the beast,to make sure I was ready to roll as the season is here. New air, oil, and fuel filter. New plugs.New belts. New hydro filter and oil. New engine oil. You name it.
In the middle of the day today this thing starts to blat, blat, blat.Just like an old John Deere farm tractor. Got home and found that I have zero spark in cyl. #1. Plugs are O.K.,I switched just to see. Same thing. Every so often it'll fire and run smooth. Short somewhere possibly?
It's a Lesco Viper ZTR- 25 Kaw. with the 54 deck.
Had some hellacious electrical problems in Jan. but we got it fixed. I'm wondering if this is a late side effect from that. Some safety switches were bad and connections to the motor were not right.
Any ideas? It's going in tomorrow.Again!

YUP!!

Thats what it was. Coil. Twenty minutes at the Lesco service center and I was on my way. The mechanic did say that there has been problems with the big Kaw's and valves sticking. Mine is running like a scalded cat again!YIPPEE!!
