9,000 sq foot pond sludge removal?

I posted this in "Ponds about a week ago and got no response, so trying it here.

Anybody know any services out there for the PA area? I have tried contacting the only one on the net and they havent got back to me after 2 phonecalls and 3 days. (U.S. aqua vac). They can pump out pond sludge without draining it which is what I am really interested in. Thanks
