NJ Contractors-Clean fill, free delivery

Was cruising around the north Jersey craigs list and found this,
guy says if you'll take a min. of 200cy he will deliver free in essex,morris,passaic and somerset, maybe he'll go to other close counties/towns......with fuel prices and costs of trucking it's a pretty good deal.......

Anyone call this guy? I could use about 400 yards of fill, but not enough to pay for it. Is he just delivering for free or is the material free. I'm usually cautious of these types of offers cause around here you could get anything. You get 400 yards dropped only to find out it is contaminated or something.

I did not call him as I have no need right now, but it was either his or another guy that said it was certified clean fill. I don't know what that means exactly but it might be worth a call..........

Now thats a hard area to loose fill. It would be a good xmas present for yourself if you found someone to take it for free!

I know its all clay and if got some cement mixed in with it. Just looking for a place closer then I have now. Ive been trucking it to Wayne. BTW If anyone wants it I can haul ten yard loads.
