paving maching operator/with experiance north dakota

i am looking for someone who has know how of putting down asphalt paving/from start to finish who can run grader paver loaders/someone whos not afraid to jump in and get it done,kinda foreman type person who has the know how to do these things with a 4 or 5 man crew/driveways/paring lots/streats/and some seal coating know how/good pay/about a 7 month paving season in northern north dakota/ my email is sawyrch@aol.com i would pay for hotel because north dakota is thinly populated and we work in a 175 mile radius if we have to,thank you
