I was wondering how much is a np 205 t-case off a 77 chevy pickup standard shift out of a boneyard would be worth? It will need be rebuilt for my own peace of mind. Do not want to get stuck with a headache!

Why would it need to be rebuilt? They are bulletproof. If it needs rebuilding it should be pretty cheap.

I would not say a 205 should not be rebuilt. I thought that about a 205 I bought and had to take it back out twice because of shaking problems. The bearings on input and output were worn and ruined the seals and caused vibration. I wish i would have rebuilt it first off. It is rather simple inside, but there are some important needle bearings.
