Looking To Hire

Last season was my first time in several years to work solo. I was just so sick and tired of not being able to find good help that I said "screw it" and worked 7 days a week, from sun up to sun down. So now I'm looking to hire a few guys. I'm thinking two part timers or one full time and one part time. I figured there are alot of good people looking for jobs now so I might have a good chance.

I was wondering what you guys are paying your help per hour or what the going rate should be.

i would usually have a helper every once in a while. 8 bucks an hour is what I usually paid. He was content with that. And I also bought him his lunch.

I pay my guys what they are worth, they all start at 8 and get more according to the level of service they provide. I have full timers at 10.50, 14, and 17 per hour, and part timers at 12.50 and 15.00. Everyone starts at 8 as a trainee and moves up from there.
