Bermuda looking bad

Some of my bermuda lawns are looking pretty bad.Just the tips of the blades are green and the rest of the plant is dark brown. The lawns are mowed every 5-7 days with less than a 1/3 being taken off. Used 32-5-7 fert on them,6weeks between apps. Wondering if it's too much rain and not enough sun here in atlanta area. Could it be a fungus? doesn't affect the top of the grass like most fungi i've dealt with. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Too many fert applications. Add iron (Ironite) only.
