Hey, I am looking around for an all-in-one type tractor unit where I can mow, power-broom, aerate, plow (sidewalks), etc.

Unfortunately the only thing I've found that is reasonable with any horsepower is a Craftsman. I know they are on the consumer side but has anyone in Toronto used one of these?
