minimums and increments

I'm re-evaluating the pricing structure of our lawn care apps. Currently the minimum square footage pricing level is set at 3000sqft, and price increments every 500 square feet thereafter.<p>We also have several 80,000+ sqft commercial props we just bid for at the going rate.<p>what do you guys do?<p>
