I have a question for you, What kind of equipment do you have ? How many employees do you employ? How much experience do you have? We take care of several large commercial properties and they are very time consuming but we have the equipment and manpower to get them done, do you?

I am currently in the process of getting two new mowers before the season starts. they will both be 60" either eXmark or Hustler and i have my dixie chopper also. employees arent a problem i have friends begging me daily to work, and several of them know what they are doing and have proved that to me. i know people that do more work than this by themselves, i will be fine with that as long as i get the bid... and i have done properties close to this size before they just werent very extensive on what needs to be done
