Basic color question.

I have a couple of accounts that I've noticed seem to be showing some chlorosis, yellowing of the blades. It shows up real nice, too, since the rest of the grass is dark green and these spots are lime green.

The one is a St. Augustine yard and the other is a bahia turf plot at a factory. Both have been fertilized through the season, using Lesco 16-4-8 SCU.

Why are they getting spotty? Is the only way to take care of that by applying iron? Doesn't that wear off fairly quickly?

Thanks ...
