Pressure Washing a house/siding

I have a customer who wants an estimate from me on pressure washing his house(siding). I have never done this before so I was wondering if there is a sq ft price that some of you use. Once I get a couple jobs under my belt I will job cost them so I can estimate the labor hours it will take me going forward. But for this first job, I need a starting point. Thanks.
