Liability insurance

100,000 bucks or so. Need a general idea of what this might cost. I realize it will vary widely and depend on several factors. Would just like a general idea. I'm in Kentucky, if that helps. Thanks.

My agent takes a day or so to get me a quote. Need a general idea faster than that, as there is a nice power washer on sale today, and I'd like to take advantage of it.

$40,000 equipment about another $350/year
3 Trucks Commercial Auto $250,000 coverage $2600/year

Give me a holler if you need more info.

Thanks Mike. My guess is there's going to be 300,000 to 500,000 minimum. That gives me the general idea I needed.

There isn't much difference in cost to just get the million. Some of the commercial jobs require it.

Give me a call before you buy. I might have some options for you.

Too late, but thanks.

13 hp Honda GX 390 engine, Comet zwd4040 pump, 4gpm, 4000 psi. Just over $1200. Gave me a lower pressure nozzle tip but wasn't low enough for me. was an 8. He said 15 should do what I described. You'd know I'm sure. In any case, should handle the fairly light work load I plan to use it for.

Best of all was the service. This guy spent over an hour with me, starting with the basics and going all the way to teaching how to rebuild my own pump. Most helpful, thorough service I've ever had. Knew my questions before I asked. Told me everything he possibly could on how to keep it running and out of his shop... And he gets paid for fixing things people bring in the shop. Can't say enough about them. Gave me his card and told me to call for any question or problem and he'd try to walk me through a solution.

Hats off to Citation of Lexington, and Randy in particular.

Wow, glad I dont live near you.

General Liability - $2,500,000 / year = $400
Equipment Insurance - $100,000 / year = $190
Commercial Vehicle X 3 plus 2 trailers - 100k/300k policy / year = $2250

Most don't realize that insurance rates are based on payroll/revenue etc.. Comparing numbers with new businesses or small biz with larger or older biz, we see differences.

Yup. Adding pw to my insurance was not too bad (bad enough, but doable)...
But I'm budgeting some money for my renewal because my gross receipts are gonna be way more than I told my insurance guy (because it's gonna be way more than I expected...A good thing).

I'll give you a ring when I get a break in the action here Mike, if the offer still stands.

Mike's is so high because he makes more money per year than someone that bet 100k on Mine That Bird in the Derby... lol
