Blower stolen today

First time in 15 years of landscaping I have had any equipment stolen. Really, I am lucky they only took the blower. They could have stolen enough to start their own service.

The worst part is it is my fault. I have an enclosed trailer, but didn't close it up. 10 minutes in a back yard...blower gone. At least it was a 3 year old blower. It paid for itself, just hate to have to replace it before it failed. Especially since another LCO is probably out there using it to make money.

Anyway, just wanted to complain about it for a second, and mention that there should be a special room in Hell for anyone who steals the tools a man uses to earn a living.

been there done that, had a brand new blower stolen from my truck, it was literly 2 days old, pretty depressing.

Sucks to hear, makes me mad just hearing that. There should be a sepearate hell all together for anyone that steals a man's tools. It's taken me 15 years to aquire the tools I have...I only pray that if someone ever tries to steal any of them that I catch the low life in the act, there would be a 10-15 minute delay before I call the cops as well.

Now hold on a minute...

Before you assume the one and only tool out of the entire assortment got stolen, which, maybe it did, granted...
But you might want to backtrack all the yards you did that day, it might be sitting in a customer's yard somewhere.

Ask me how I know this LOL

I'm pretty sure the guy knows if he left it at a customers home or not and I'm sure he saw it in the trailer before he started working at the home where it was stolen. Some people are smarter then that.

you ever get home to find that one of your walkbehinds wasnt on the trailer, just to go back and find in in a clients backyard???
