I can tell you the reason they didn't touch your mowers is because more than
likely they didn't have a trailer, folks like that, they might drive a car / suv or a small pick up, some even on foot. As for the gas cans, reason they don't touch those is they can't know for sure what's in'em. It's not just mix fuel some of us have in them.
