i would get a exmark 26'' or quick 32 if i were you . everything looks good though

a forecloser cleanup

i love forcloser cleanups. the management companies that i have dealt with so far have been good business for us. they pay very well. we got paid good on this one. a one day job.

got many compliments on this lawn

we would get many compliments on this lawn. how green it looked beautiful, someone even told us that it look like the "fake grass"

That's a good idea... Fake grass with dead spots, fools them everytime. lol
