Third paragraph reads:
"....you are not required to pay your entire balance at this time. You may continue to pay down your account balance over time," (at what rate??)

CITI and Simmons First Platnum offer decent programs.
Most offer a balance transfer, some offer 0% on transfers up to 12 mo.
Read the fine print, there are lots of fees, penelties and restrictions.

The Noboma credit card reform bill doesn't apply to small business cards.

I sneaked in one more balance transfer to Advanta got 3.9% and got them to wave the balance transfer fee.
