Just an update to everyone:

Here we are a week later from the last above post and my buddy is still waiting to talk to someone (Brian). So much for the squeaky wheel....

Just an update to everyone:.......

Email sent again yesterday, no response.
Voice mail left today, no response at about 2pm, the last I was told.

We will take care of the customer by doing what it takes to make him happy, when the customer and my regional manager actually talk and decide on something.

There was no email yesterday and even if there was it took 6 days instead of 7.

The phone call message did not ask for a return call. It said he'd catch up with him again sometime.

The email was sent Monday, I was cc'd on it.
The voicemail was left yesterday, Brian is now traveling again, all Nathan needs to do is call or email Brian and we will get this resolved.
