Fuel stabilizer

I've got a new Echo SRM-230. Should I be using fuel stabilizer. If so how often? I use the trimmer about 20-30x a week. What would you recommend to keep it running like new

Because I go through gas pretty quickly, I use stabilizer only in the fall prior to winter storage. But I buy mix oil with stabilizer already in it for 2 cycles.

If you are keeping gas in a can longer than a couple of weeks, then you should use stablizer.

Yup, most quality 2 stroke oils already have stabilizer in it...I know the synthetic Stihl Ultra oil I use does. Unless you're referring to your straight unleaded fuel can, I would only use fuel stabilizer for fuel that will sit for a long period of time.
