yep I spent only10 m inutes in the back yard and it that time the stuff was stolen

Me and a buddy went in to a local redmax dealer the other day cause his trimmer was acting up bigtime...

It barely ran when we took it in, and wouldn't start for the dealer...the dealer whips out a pair of needle nose pliers and rips the horribly gummed up spark arrestor out of the exhaust...and holy crap, this thing screamed like never before.

Same trimmer you have.

It looks like a little ring with a tube shaped screen on it.

My dealer told me to do that at least once a season
