Yeah, I really need to work on mine and see if I can get it looking like some of those. As crappy as mine looks they wouldnt ever allow me to post it on this forum. If only they knew.

Yeah I crack a joke to my neighbor on the right side of me if you are facing my house. Every time I cut I tell him "Well Mike, its time to cut your grass" This is usually after he has just cut it...he usually makes a smart comment or gives me the neighborly birdy finger (Not in a bad way, we get along great). There is a definite line of green/light green/brown between my lawn and my neighbors on both sides.
