I didn't see Fe on your list. Acid soils have trouble with Fe. Try some Milorganite or you can get fancy and do an Ironite spray.

Alkaline soils tend to hold onto the Iron, not acidic from what I recall.

The more acidic the less available, many nutrients become, Fe in particular.
