Website Stats

We launched our website a little less then a year ago (Oct 18th 08). We have been satisfied with the results so far when you compare ROI for marketing. For those that have had a website for a while and track the stats, what type of stats have you seen this year.

Now to me, a whole lot of that?
Is completely meaningless unless I get a phone call.

I totally agree. And we are happy with our ROI compared to other means of marketing. But after almost a year I did not know what the traffic was like compared to other sites within the Green Industry. Our numbers are misleading after sifting through all of our stats. Our troubleshooting page drives in the majority of our hits. And those hits come from all over the US and other Countries. I would say that only 20-25% of our hits are from our service areas. I would say in the Spring time our site brought in 30+ new customers in May and maybe 50 so far this season in total. The previous year I did a $7000 direct mail compaign which sad to say only brought in a similar amount of new customers.
