ZTR Decision! Help Dixie Chopper question

I have an opportunity to trade for an 06 Dixie Chopper LT2500 50" cut 25hp Generac. I don't know anything about Dixie Chopper. Are they good machines? Is Generac a good engine? I'd mainly be using it for a 2 acre lawn but want to get more lawns and will be using it alot eventually. Is this model a residential model or commercial model? I've been to the DC website but it doesn't do much for older models. Thanks guys
