A used lesco hps machine is the best option for you at this point. Like most lesco equipment they are simple & durable. I fertilized 15 acres of cemetery on one yesterday.

The C & S Power Pod has the same drive unit as the Lesco HPS. I would buy a Power Pod over the lesco. You can attach the spreader you already have to it or for that matter any spreader to it. Also if you get to a property that for whatever reason you cant use it as a ride on you can simply unhook the spreader by pulling a pin and just use the spreader by its self! They also have the aerator and blower attachment, (hoping they come out with a dethatcher). Another option is to have a Lesco spreader with a drop in sprayer and put the Power Pod on it. For a smaller company I think it is the best bang for the buck. OH YA! its only $2,200!
