I thought he was describing the RPZ as being skewed by ninety degrees. Or maybe it's installed in a vertical orientation (not sure if its rated for that)

I've had that happen, I turn open #2,3 and 4 test testcocks and let the water run and then turn them of the same way from #2,3,and 4. that should stop the water from coming from the relief. Or the number 1 check (body) has a small crack on it.
