Safe to mow a week after reseeding?

A week ago I aerated and overseeded (reseeded a few heavy spots). Its time for the law to be cut. Ive been keeping it nice and wet and I have a small 21" mower. Can I cut my grass and avoid the spots that are just dirt right now?

Its best to keep mowing on a regular basis, don't skip. Just avoid the area's you overseeded or bare ground like you said and you'll be just fine

God created man, man plants grass, fertilized and watered the grass to watch it grow. Man cut grass and this confused God; in his infinite wisdom where did he go wrong? Why would man work, plant, water and once it grew cut it down just to see the process repeat.

Then God created Women
