Can anyone Explain Pa LAW to me

Hey guys,

Ive worked under family members for years. Now i want to get out on my own. They all run under LLC. Now i would rather run under a sole proprietor ship for now. Can anyone Explain to me now to do this in pa. I'm no tgoing to have any employees yet i plan on doing all the work my self. So do i need an ein number or just a tax id. Can anyone Explain the process.

Thank you,

Chris

I am in FL and I am an LLC. I started as a sole proprietor just filed under an LLC, and then switched to a partnership when someone bought into the co, but still under an LLC. You can be sole or partner under an LLC, and there is a WHOLE lot less paperwork to file annually.
