I like cold water fresh. I fish in the ct lakes region of northern NH. Also like chasing stripes along the coast. I have a canoe , a jon boat and a 16 bowrider.

All freshwater, Largemouth Bass, Musky, Pike. We fish on shore mostly, but I also fish out of a boat, canoe, and float tube. I caught a 7lb largemouth this season. Pretty big for northern states. I'll put up pics when I get home.

I used to go down to Falls of the Rough, KY every summer with a guy mowed I for, his son lived down there and we would all stay at his house, We would drink most of the time and fish the rest! The best spot was right next to the old mill on the rough river. Mostly we caught striped bass and Gar, they are a mean fish! We stayed about 4-5 days. They drank too much for me though, many nights we would sit up all night until the sun came up drinking, the get up about 3 hours later and start drinking right away!! I felt pretty rough by the 4th day. They have this weird little animal down there Ive never even heard of, they called it a mud puppy, it lived in water,but could also walk on land? Ive never seen any of these anywhere else. Those were great times down there.

I live to fish. I have a 20' skeeter 250 yamaha vmax. I fish Ct, VT, NY. Lake Champlain is my favorite water to fish. From South Bay all the way up to isle Lemotte area. Ct river has great pike. I chase the stripers up the river every spring. I used to tournament fish but it required too much dedication and then there was the whole get married and have a kid thing getting in the way. My fish of choice the last few year have been Pike. I am on a mission to land a monster. My personal best was caught this year in south bay at 46". Caught it on a muskee spinner bait. I have tons of pics i need to upload.

In my younger days, I spent many a weekend fishing for Stripers out of Jersey and Delaware bay!!! Miss that a lot!!! The Stripers love the moving water, Cast into the Rips and eat good!!
