Aeration in Texas

Wanted to know what time of year some of you guys aerating here in Texas. College Station area, Thinking of purchasing plugr aerator if anybody has input on that as well. Thanks.

I have never seen this done on residential properties, only commercial, not sure why, but make sure you know where sprinkler heads are....

we locate all heads and everything. I use to just rent a machine. I currently do a late spring and late summer application. With our clay soils it definatly isnt too much.
