Can anyone tell me what this is?

Hey guys, my brother got this small tree and asked me if I know what it is. I have no clue but want to find out what it is for him and I figured someone on here might know. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Ficus drop leaves when they get major changes (light, humity, etc) to their environment. Stick it outside (when above freezing - cause they don't like cold) or in a sunny location in house and it will come back.
