Once the lein is filed on an unpaid judgement the fun begins. Of course going bankrupt is a financial problem that can change the picture. Barring that, yoe will get paid someday AND with interest. It probably won't even be when the property is sold. The client will want to borrow $ for something, a credit check gets done and bingo! It comes around and bites him in the butt.
