If you can find a high profile property, signs can definitely make an impact. Traffic areas where people have to pass through on a regular basis create eventual name recognition. Good signs are amust. Can be worth the investment if done right and put in the right place.

One of our upscale communities comes out onto a busy road. I figure I would probably put a sign right across the street so it would be seen when they are waiting to turn out if the neighborhood. Since it is just woods there, it shouldn't be a major problem.

Good idea, let us know if it works. I have seen it done in locations such as you are talking about. My wife said that she would not call someone based on a sign like that, but everyone is different. I am considering trying it in a few locations this year. I dumped a couple of PITA's this year, and have time-slots available.
