Merlin ---5%-- that is great.
The funny thing that happened to us 2 years ago was that we ran out of flyers just into a hood. Passed out about 10 in a hood of 240 homes. By may of that year we had about 20 homes in that subdivision. I guess that proves that you can sell more work by doing good work that anything else.
We give you leisure time.

Just don't use flyers in a baggie with rocks...

This is what the customers think of those who put rocks in a baggie with a flyer and throw it. Look! NOT Happy!

None, the guy throws them in the trash, sleeps the rest of the day under a tree,
wakes up shortly before meeting back with you, quickly works up a sweat and runs
his hands through his hair so as to look the part, gets paid, and goes home.

And not to scare you, certainly it neither happens all the time nor with everyone,
but I can almost give you an absolute guarantee that happen it does.

So you'll likely want to devise some sort of a system that, without making it look like you're going
behind their backs as that won't be appreciated either, but some kind of way that you can
check and make sure the work really did get done.
