Finding owners of commercial properties

Im new here, but not new to the game.

There are several properties within 25 miles that are for sale through a specific brokerage company, maybe around 30. Some of them have good sized yards.
I don't really want to call the Brokerage company back and ask who owns each property im interested in. They did tell me the owners are in charge of the lawn maintenance.
I know I can go down to the county office and look each one up, but that's pretty time consuming. Just wondering if there's a website that lists the owners contacts.
