"New" dump trailer
Picked up a 2005 12x7 Top Hat dump trailer. 3ft factory sides with custom matching 4ft side extensions. Tandem 7k lb axles. We had to remove the 4ft sides with a big fork lift.

Holy hell on wheels!! The side extensions for that thing max out your GVW with just an empty trailer. 2 ft ones would be plenty.

Sides are pretty heavy but not THAT heavy. Few hundred lbs total. Only negative is catching wind.
The sides are great for leaves. There's a shelf in front of trailer for leaf loader or you can hang one on one of the barn doors. Hinges would probably support weight of trailer. They are really stout. 21 yard capacity! Thanks for the complements. Posted via Mobile Device |
